General Questions:

Q: What do I do to get started?

Go back to the homepage and click the apply button, or click here.

Once you fill out that form, you'll be given a link to download an application to give us a screencap of your online banking, which our system should properly assign to your operating system or device. If, for some reason, our system offers you an application that is not compatible with your OS please email us or give us a call and we will attempt to address the issue.

Q: Can I reloan immediately?

Yes, absolutely. You should probably consider other alternatives if you find yourself borrowing too frequently though.

Q: What are the qualifications?

Our qualifications are straightforward:

Q: What if my income is from welfare and food stamps?

That's not something we can accept, sadly.

Q: What is this date format? Why is it not M/D/Y?

M/D/Y is confusing and ambiguous. We use YYYY-MM-DD, which is an international standard for dates that has a logical progression from least specific to most specific, years to months to days.

Q: How long do I have to wait before applying again?

If you were issued a loan, you can apply immediately after repaying it. If you were denied a loan we won't consider another application for 30 days. There's probably no point in applying again if your circumstances haven't changed.

Q: Hours of operation are?

8-8, 7 days a week, except holidays when we are open 9-5. Are these hours not convenient for you? Please email us and let us know, as we take customer feedback into account when planning these factors.
